Ingredients

  • 1 box Nando's PERi-PERi Bag & Bake Smokey Churrasco
  • 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 2 tsp Smoke Churrasco spice from the spice pack in the box
  • 3 - 4 skewers

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Cut the chicken breast into 2 x 2cm cubes.

Add the chicken, oil, and spice to the cooking bag, fold and secure with a washing peg and give a good shake for 10 seconds.

Open the bag and skewer the chicken onto the skewers, 6 cubes on each.

Place skewers back into the bag, and fold close.

Place onto a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and blow torch the top of the bag until it starts flaming, then blow out the flame and tear open the bag.

Enjoy the smoked sosaties.
