Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 2 minutes.

Place the fish fingers in the cooking bag and sprinkle in the spice.

Close the top of the bag and secure with a washing peg. Shake well for 10 seconds.

Tear open the bag, place the bag with the fish fingers inside the air fryer tray and place in the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes.

Remove and serve with Nando's PERinaise.
