Marinade the chicken in the Nando’s Mozambican Paprika PERi-PERi sauce for at least 20 minutes and brown in the pot.

Set the chicken aside and fry the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the rice, return the browned chicken and add the chicken stock and chopped red pepper, season to taste.

Place the lid on the pot and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30 - 40 minutes or until chicken and rice is cooked through. Chop parsley to serve. Enjoy with extra Mozambican Paprika PERi-PERi sauce on the side.
