Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees and prep an oven dish with oil.

Heat 5 ml oil in a big pot en fry the onion, garlic and bacon for a couple of minutes. Add the mushrooms and creamy garlic sauce and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the warm milk bits at a time. Then add the cottage cheese and let it simmer for a bit. Add the chicken, thyme, salt and pepper.

Place half of the filo pastry in your oven dish. Spoon the mix into the dish and cover with another sheet of filo. Brush with oil.

Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5-10 minutes until the filo pastry is golden brown.
