Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a deep baking tray with baking paper.

Place 450g dark chocolate and 200g cubed butter in a dish to melt in a water bain-marie. Stir the chocolate butter mixture until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, put 100g butter and sugar and beat until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.

Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into bowl and fold in. Then add a pinch of salt.

Add the Nando's PERi-PERi Hot sauce, flaked almonds, sour cream, melted chocolate and fold in.

Pour mixture into tray and level out. Allow to bake for 40 minutes.

Melt 450g of chocolate and spread over the top after removing brownies from the oven. Then sprinkle with 50g flaked almonds for garnish.

Allow to cool in tray. When cooled, cut into squares.
